Welcome to Theory of Violet. This website and all associated services are owned and operated by Violet Rogue Beauty LLC. By accessing this site, purchasing products, or participating in our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions in their entirety.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
All materials, website content, photography, graphics, logos, and written text are the exclusive intellectual property of Violet Rogue Beauty LLC. These materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or sold for any purpose without express written consent from the owner.
2. METAPHYSICAL ITEMS & "MAGIC" DISCLAIMER
Theory of Violet sells tools, curios, and metaphysical supplies.
For Entertainment Only: All items described as having "magical," "spiritual," or "vibrational" properties are sold for entertainment purposes only.
Tools, Not Outcomes: We are selling the physical tools to assist in your practices; we are not selling "magic" or guaranteed results. Whether or not these tools "work" or produce a specific outcome is entirely dependent on the individual user and their own intent.
Not Medical Advice: No item sold is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
3. BUSINESS IDENTITY & INDEPENDENT RESELLER STATUS
Theory of Violet is an independent boutique.
No Brand Affiliations: We have no official partnerships, brand deals, or representative agreements with the beauty companies or manufacturers whose products are stocked in our shop.
Trademarks: All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim to represent these companies or act on their behalf.
4. PRODUCT CONDITION & LIABILITY WAIVER
All beauty products sold are guaranteed to be unused, unopened, and sealed. We personally inspect every item for seal integrity, quality, and expiration dates prior to shipping.
Liability: Theory of Violet and Violet Rogue Beauty LLC are not responsible for the performance, chemical composition, or physical results of the beauty products sold. Should you experience an issue with a product’s formula or have a physical reaction, please reach out to the original manufacturer.
5. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT LOGISTICS
In-House Shop Orders: Orders for standard shop items are shipped twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays.
Vibe Box Subscriptions: Because each Vibe Box is curated and contains one-of-a-kind, personalized items, please allow a minimum of 10 days for curation before your order ships. If curation is expected to take longer, our team will communicate this update directly to you.
Special Orders: All special or custom orders will be provided with a specific shipping quote and timeline at the time of purchase.
6. VIBE BOX SALES & EXCLUSIVITY
To maintain the quality of our personalized service, we limit Vibe Box sales to 50 boxes per month.
Launch Date: Sales open on the 7th of each month.
Early Access: Current month subscribers receive "first dibs" and are eligible to purchase the following month's box one week early.
7. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Refunds are provided only in the event of a shop mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent).
Claim Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of item delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned exactly as they arrived—unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying the initial return shipping to get the item back to us. Upon receipt and successful inspection, if the refund is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping cost to the buyer, provided a valid proof of shipping cost (receipt) is submitted.
Unboxing Video Requirement: We film our packing process for every order. To qualify for a refund due to damage or missing items, the buyer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time. Claims without video evidence will not be processed.
8. GIVEAWAY RULES
All giveaways hosted by Theory of Violet are "No Purchase Necessary."
Claiming Prizes: Winners must respond to the announcement and provide shipping information within 7 days of the drawing. Winners do not need to be present at the drawing to win.
Value: Giveaway items have no actual cash value and are therefore ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.
9. COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS HOURS
Phone Inquiries: We do not regularly answer unscheduled phone calls. If you leave a message, we will return the call only when deemed necessary.
General Inquiries: All submissions through our contact forms or email will be reviewed. If a response is required, we will reply within 3 business days.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect your name, shipping address, and payment information solely to fulfill orders. By participating in the Vibe Box program, you consent to our collection of preference data to personalize your items. We do not sell your data. We retain records of communications and unboxing videos for the purpose of dispute resolution and quality control.
